This blog and podcast (coming soon!) was created specifically for the special cadre of women about to turn forty and women already in the swirl of this complex decade of forty-something.
My intention is to inspire, guide and inform women in their forties about everything from relationships, scientific research, mental health, fertility, to friendship, aging and so much more. If you are ready to blow the lid off the next ten years of your life, we can help you do that. If you are hanging on for dear life and just want to figure out the next 24-hours, we can help with that, too.
After years of research, combined with a true passion to mentor women hitting 40, I’ve discovered so much to share about how you can take control of your next decade, be happier, healthier, calmer and have the latest information at your fingertips.
Turning 40 is a big deal. Sure, it’s just a number, but, it’s a loaded number, and, if we’re being honest, most women feel a twinge of anxiety around it. Or, like me, full blown panic.
Whether you’re unattached and kid-free, a single mom in the thick of it, happily married, or happily divorced; if you’re looking to reinvent yourself, or just want to be a better version of you, you’ve found your tribe, a supportive, intelligent and inspiring community aka Fortyology.
Thank you for joining me on this journey. Please look around, and take what you need. If you find it useful, share it with someone else who could benefit from it.
